The first time I was looking for an internship, I have been seeking an internship in my own country. After a few weeks I stopped seeking and I begun to seriously consider the possibility to look for an internship programme abroad. Why? Well, I started to think about how amazing it could be to work in an international team, and how many chances I could have to improve my communication skills. When you are working in a team where everyone speak the same language and where the way of living is quite similar too, I think you have not too many chances to deeply grow up. I think that just in an international environment you will find out how  much capable you are to understand all people needs, just in an international environment you can find out how much capable you are to solve problems, just in an international environment you can find out how much capable you are to face with your colleagues. I mean that working and interact with a team that speak the same language and has the same culture, well, it looks pretty easier than work in a team where people come from all over the world. Just in this case you will have to work hard to be understood by everyone, and you will have to work hard to understand everyone. That will help you to improve your communication skills, and this is vital to be a successful trainee. Just an international environment allows you to open your mind and become aware of yourself.
