These days I really want to post some pictures about tigers in my province. We six friends one day decided to go riding from Harbin (the city where I used to study in China) to Changchun(a city in another province Jilin which is near our province-Heilongjiang). We started to prepare our journey, we borrowed six bikes which were really broken.And we took a lot of food. The first day was ok, it was sunny and we rode for a whole day, we were so tired, our bodys hurt very much, in the evening, we looked for a small hotel and spent a night there. It was horrible the next day,because it was raining the whole day, we waited in the hotel and decide if we should go on or go back. The rain was raining more and more heavily, it seemed that it could not stop. Finaly, we decide to go back, go back means to go back to Harbin and our plan failed.
We hired a small carriage, we six and our six bikes went home by the small carriage. Although the plan finally ended with failure, we won on one thing, that is the friendship between us, after this experience, we became the best friends, we talk about everyting, we can call each other when we are unhappy, we can playing card games..........
I really miss them a lot, but the sad things, no one knows when we can gather together and spend a long time to laugh, to shout!
(Maybe you won't understand what I wrote due to my broken English, but it is ok, because I feel sweet when I am memorizing something between me and my friends.)

One time I traveled with my cousin who is 7 years younger than me. We went to Fujian(China) where is 60 hours by train from my city. He was 14-year-old boy and I had to take care of him. I traveled a lot of places in China, but that is the first time I traveled with someone who is younger than me. So all the time I put all my attention on him. On the whole way I lost almost everything such as cellphone, luggage, the food we bought in the supermarket, the only thing I did not lose was him, that was lucky!
To be honest, I even lost him when we were on the coach. I was sleeping while he was told to get off the coach in the middle of the jouney (20 hours coach trip). But fortunetly he didn't, I was so scared when I heard of this. What if I lost him?
Now everything has became the past, I would never be scared of anyting. I have the experience travelling alone in another country. I will go to some part of China we I finish everything in UK, I would take all my family to have a good trip.

Yesterday, I had a good rest at home and made a plan for me and my boyfriend. We planed to go outside London for a couple of days in May, because my boyfriend is leaving in May, and I haven't had a good time with him. I have to save my holiday from this week, that means I am going to work 6 days per week and just take one day off. If I keep doing this till May, I can save 12 days holiday, that is very good, because 12 days we can totally go outside London. The first stop we are going to is Manchester. It is very luck that we got the 1 pound coach ticket from National Express, the ticket fare are just 4 pounds for us to go and come back.
I think there are several things that are necessary to prepare before our jouney. First, we must check where are the places of interest in Manchester, because we have only two days time there, we cannot waste our time on finding the way. Second, looking for a hostel or home stay such as what we did in Edinburgh. A good rest equals to a good lunch. Third,decide if we need a bus tour or not. Bus tour alway cost much more than the accommodation fee and ticket fare as well. If we decide not to go with a bus tour, we have to have a perfect plan of where to visit on foot. Fourth, calculating the money before we depart. Fith, prepare enough food and drinks. cause maybe the food there would be expensive. Sixth, last but not least, we should take some small gifts, because we maybe live in a local family.Seventh, take all the chargers along with us, expecially camera charger.
Now I feel so exiting although I still have one month to leave. Exciting just about the tour, because after the tour my lover will leave for China, that is the one thing I hope not coming at all.

Friday, yesterday, two important things happened. The first thing is I cooked for 12 people in London Office, and it was kind of successful, The second thing is we've got a promotion party, and I got promotion as well. In fact all the trainee in London Office got promotion yesterday, because recently we did a lot of good work and help our website move forward. We have new interns come everyday, I am an old intern now, because I am a duty staff. We had a party to celebrate it last night, we had a lot of nice food to eat and we also had an joyful chat. Working in London for one month already, I did learned a lot. From the knowledge to the communication skills, from no talk to anyone to make jokes of everyone, whereas, I still have a lot to learn. I am happy because the first month, I 80% content with my work of the first month in London.
I am working today, this is the second saturday I workedon. Actually, I like working on Saturday because the office is quiet and I can concentrate on my blogs. You can find out that my blogs of the weekdays are shorted than the ones I write on Saturday.
Tomorrow is Sunday, I am going to spend one leisure day with my boyfriend and make a plan for both of us for the next month. I like improving day by day, I don't like standstill. I remember there was one conversation between Phoebe and her boyfriend (Friends): "If we don't move forward, we move backward" said her boyfriend, "No? If we don't move forward, then, we, we standstill" said Phoebe~~~~ I agree that if we don't move forward, then we move backward. Wish myself and my boyfriend will do a good job next month!!

We have 4 kinds of work shift currently in studios92. They are Morning shift, Flexible shift, Split shift and Evening shift. The following is how these shifts work:
Morning: 8am-5pm
Flexible: 9am-6pm
Split: 9am-1pm plus 6pm-10pm
Evening: 1pm-10pm
Previously, I work on flexible shift, but from now on I am going to change to morning shift. That means I have to leave home early at 6:30am. Today is my first try. After 5pm I still have sometime to walk around somewhere with my boyfriend.This internship let me know what is the flexible hours, I can apply this when I establish my own company. I also appreciate the innovation system in studios92. Everytime when interns do a good job, they will get promotions or prize. I have not got one, now I can feel the pressure. I am summarizing my mistake and weakness. Graduates in other countries other than China perform a good working ability. China currently don't have a internship policy for the company, athough the university ask for that.
So much for today, I will go on writing when I have some idea or opinion about my internship.

I have been working in studios92 for around a month. To those interns who just be here for one week, I am supposed to be an old one. An old one but not an experienced one. During last one month, I learned a lot, I did a lot, and I am going to do more. This internship let me know myself, know my weekness, know that not everything is so easy as what I thought.
The most difficult thing to me is my English. I can write articles, I can write my blog, but what I write is only the basic sentences. My vocabulary is not enough and I aware of this since the day I worked in studios92. Now the thing is how I can improve my English vocabulary. Reading newspapers is a good way. Therefore I notice that I couldn't be lazy anymore. I have already live in London for 1 and a half years, but till now I just know why my English standstills and no improvement at all. Tomorrow, some people would get promotion, I don't know if I could, but if this time I am not the one, then next time I must be the one, otherwise I would be the last one forever.
Tomorrow, I am cooking for 11 people, last time Mauro helped me, but tomorrow I will cook by myself. Exiting! I love this internship more and more!
Last Friday, I, my boyfriend and a girl from my high school went to Edinburgh. We went by bus. 8 hours trip was really tired. We planed to find a hostel near the centre of Edinburgh, but Gordon turned up and changed our mind. He is a 70-year old man, with very friendly face and voice. He likes joking a lot. We went to his home and he made the breakfast for us. This breakfast, according to what he said, was just a small breakfast, but made by himself. I liked talking with him. He is so caring that he wrote down every route to the famous places and gave me his phone number in case we got lost.
The first day we went to visit the old town and the new town. We followed a free tour for three hours, during these three hours, we heard a lot of interesting stories of Scortland, we also bought some souvenirs in Scotland.
The second day was amazing, we went to Highland, which was 4-hour bus tour from Endinburgh.At the beginning, everything was green, after one or two hours, white colours came into our eyes. I loved the three sister hills so much. I took a lot of pictures of three sisters. Athough the trip was a little tired, but the mountains made our tour lovely.
I don't know how do I describe my feelings properly in English, in one word, I love Edinburgh, I hope I can live there for a while.

我周六会工作，是我自己的选择，我的男朋友在这，所以我要把休息日攒到一起，一起放假，带他去玩去。
想要在周六工作这个我都想了好久了，但是，这周是第一周鼓起勇气实施。
现在studios92工作室的人越来越多，越来越繁荣啦，哈哈，而且今天我还发现了大家几乎都会三种语
言，我想再过五十年以后，一个人不一定会就几种语言了呢。中国在这方面仍是需要再加把劲的，要不怎么
赶的上世界的进度呢。还有一点就是，在我们工作室的人都很年轻，和我同岁，甚至比我还小的就当经理
了，这就是各个国家的教育制度太不同了，中国太注重书本教育了。
There are many interesting things in studios92.com, people will relieve their pressure when they laugh. I am working this Saturday, actually I have prepared for working at weekends for a long time, but I am still not ready for it.
Now there are more and more interns coming to studios92.com, the office becomes smaller. I notice that most of them can speak 3 languages, maybe in 100 years, people can speak 8 languages, who knows.
At the end of my course, I learned a second foreign language, Spanish. I chose Spanish just because too many people chose French. As a result, I had plenty of time to make a speech in the class, because only 5 students were in our classroom, but the lesson is 3 hours long. Herman was my Spanish teacher, he is a very responsible person. He managed to make our class dynamic. I learned 3 months, to be hornest, I forgot many of what I learned, but I couldn't forget the experience.
Chinese was also one of the options, but because too few people chose Chinese, the lesson was cancelled. I am interested in all the languages. For example, I learned Hindi from my classmate who is from India, and the classmate who is from Pakistan. I learned Korean from the movies, I learned Russian from my boyfriend.
I also learned a little bit of Japanese, but I thought it was too difficult for me, especially the teacher was so strict, finally, I gave up.
Anyway, learning another foreign language is interesting, because the language is also a kind of culture. For example:
In Chinese, the plural form of a word is different from English. The plural form of I is We, in Chinese the plural form of Wo (same meaning of I) is Wo men.
It is interesting, if anybody have the same interest as I do, please just tell me.
