Hi Fellows,

By my post today I would like to thank all the creative people that think that sharing knowledge and skills throughout Internet can benefit to the human kind. Even though I am still among the ones benefiting from that, I start slowly myself to contribute in blogs, forums and other articles as much as I can. Being soft skills trainer myself in an European a student organisation (BEST), knowledge sharing is not a vain concept to me either.

The past weeks I spent a lot of time to improve the quality and attractiveness of many hotel and hostels websites for my company. My main sandbox on that project is for the moment the website for Dover Castles Hostels London. I've been requested to train people to apply SEO techniques and to use this one as demonstration and I might say that the outcomes we measure so far are very positive.

Thanks to another project, I've found out several very useful websites to improve the quality of user experience using "basic" web technologies. For instance the slideshow you can see on the homepage has the advantage of a Flash animation but it actually is not one.

My internship allows me to save some time for research in order to improve the work and sometimes I am just amazed by the quality people produce every single day. People are used to call me smart though my only skills on this matter may probably  to understand a code, to be curious enough to find the right elements and make them work in a given environment:

Some times since the last post and according to the reaction it seems that you missed me quite some...

The past days, my assignments have been more like a hide and seek game...

First, my CEO went for some holidays in his family appointing me as Manager of the IT task force... A promotion not expected till the point had been raised, hidden but not seeked.

As Spiderman uncle was saying: "Great power implies great responsibilities", from 5 website to come I've been in charge of supervising almost 40 and make them ready in a 2 weeks time... Did I join for the challenge in web development? I think this was one...

Since my last posting, I've been mainly working on several tasks in parallel with the support of the IT team. :) Great people I've had the opportunity to meet and hope to stay in touch with. We can proudly say that over 30 websites met the deadline and we will monitor their success in the next days to measure the impact of our works into our company business.

For my Bachelor degree, I have to perform an internship of around 15 weeks. I joined Internship-uk.com internship program as I wanted that working experience to happen in an foreign country and improve my English. After months of research, I found the website and first amazed by the number of questions and then by the possibilities presented by the HR persons I have been in contact with. Moreover, I enjoyed the possibility to work in the web development department as my curiculum provided me only the basis in that field. The first days puzzled me as everything has just another rythm then school or other organisations I've been involved in. You practice during work, and you are expected to learn fast whiue being more and more efficient as you receive projects from first days.

During my internship, I am expecting to learn as much as possible about Gift-tours.com Ltd business and challenges. Technically speaking, I am involved in dynamic websites development which are very challenging to set up regarding the high level and complexity of the design these require. Next to that, I am also expecting to practice and foster my project management, time management skills and team work. Eventually, I would like to improve inter department communication as all the projects are integrated and involve other services.

Last night the whole staff present in New Romney went to the Three Ladies' pub to celebrate Chelsea's victory and mainly to present our best farewell The party was great and for once every single one was in a mood for a great party!

What I will keep in mind is more important then the dances and other beers we shared...

As usual in an international community, there are many people joining and leaving every week if not days... Our main reason for working abroad is to gain working experience in a challenging and international company or organisation. Obviously, performing such an internship will bring sone added value to your curriculum and launch your future.

My friend wished me luck and foreseen great opportunities for me... Will he be right? Time will tell but for sure, having a team worker as talented as JP will bring a company to excellence tracks in no time.

Hello everyone!

Today I missed some nice salt and pepper chips... I spent almost all day at the office with a morning briefing meeting, some relaxing in our pool room and work again.

Relation with salt and pepper?

A soon to become friend of mine left this morning though I am happy because we promised to meet again in few times... She might not know yet though she will kick me out as I have a very good memory regarding persons, events and promises.

For the pepper part of the day, The team is starting with the new projects. Stay tuned, you will hear about them soon! Why a team? Cause a dolphin never swim alone...

Today is Vivaldi day for me... Since yesterday I am passing through the 4 seasons and their related colours, symbols and feelings...

The cold, emptyness and lonelyness of winter while I was almost alone...

The warmth of the first early days when nature and love comes back to life...

Even the changes brought by the summer and the fall...

It is amazing how much work one can do when just dealing with it, alone in a room. Last night, I could go out whenever I wanted, join the pub night organised just for us ... even though I wanted this baby, internship-international to start and fly by its own! Thus I stayed.

At this moment, I can say that Internship-international.com, designed by the Dolphin's team of Studios-solutions.com, is up and running. The final tests had been done and we are waiting for a final validation of the functionalities.

Will it be sunny for my team as in the great fall days also known as indian summers?
